Eileen Frazzetta, MBA, National Sales Manager
Ms. Frazzetta has over 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the medical capital equipment, IV services and pharmaceutical industries. She has extensive experience with new product launches and managing high performing sales teams. Her most recent position was with GE Healthcare Technologies where she was a Zone Modality Sales Manager in the Diagnostic Imaging Division. Prior to working directly for GE she partnered with them in managing an outsourced sales force for Fusion Sales Partners, and successfully launched several new product lines. She previous held sales positions with IMED/Alaris, Baxter Caremark, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Eileen has an MBA from Hofstra University and an MS from Iona College.

Griff C. Danheim, Sales Executive
Mr. Danheim has over twenty years experience in healthcare sales and marketing, sales management, sales operations, and pharmacy automation. He has successfully developed strategic relationships with regional oncology practices, hospital IDN's and major purchasing organizations such as Premier, Novation, MedAssets and Amerinet. As a national sales manager he scaled and deployed the sales force for successful new product launches and developed strategic supply chain programs. Most recently, Mr. Danheim was responsible for new business development of regional pharmacy automation programs with the AmerisourceBergen Corporation. He brings broad experience in sales management, sales operations, corporate sales and strategic partner development to the organization.

Robert Ambrose, Western Sales Executive
Robert Ambrose, our Western Sales Executive, lives in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife and two boys. He has a strong clinical medical background in Emergency Medicine, and taught Cardiology and Emergency Medicine through Oregon Health Sciences University. He also has held progressive advancement as a saleperson, sales specialist, sales manager, regional manager, vice president and president selling emergency cardiac capital products with Tyco, Medtronics and Philips. He prides himself in good customer service and follow up while understanding the needs of his clients.

Steven S. Speedling, Central US Sales Executive
Steve Speedling joins IH Systems as the Central US Sales Executive. Steve has over 9 years experience selling pharmacy automation to major Hospital Systems in the Midwest. Steve has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. Most recent experience was with Cardinal Health - Pyxis Products, where he was a senior Sales Executive selling Pyxis medication dispensing and information systems.

Jay Matthaei, Sales Executive
Jay Matthaei, joins IH Systems as our Southern U.S. Sales Executive. Jay has 17 years experience in Healthcare Sales, mostly focused on Capital Equipment to hospitals in the East. His most recent experience was at Philips Medical Systems, where he sold a full line of imaging products. Prior to Philips, he was at Novation the largest GPO in the U.S. There, Jay was Sr. Director of Equipment and Business Services, responsible for the strategic direction for all Capital Equipment contracts. Before joining Novation, he was a Sales Executive with Spacelabs Medical, selling Cardiology and IS products to all the Major Hospitals in the New York Metropolitan area. Jay has a B.A from Long Island University.

Bruce Erickson R.Ph. MS, Pharmacy Consultant
Bruce Erickson is the former Director of Pharmacy Services at the Minneapolis Veterans Medical Center in Minneapolis Minnesota. He has over 30 years of pharmacy experience and has been involved in hospital pharmacy management for the past 25 years. His management experience includes pharmacy director, inpatient supervisor and evening pharmacy supervisor roles. As inpatient supervisor he was the pharmacy liaison for the implementation of a fully integrated computerized medical record called CPRS (Computerized Patient Record System). This implementation included CPOE, eMAR, BCMA (Bar Code medication Administration), automated dispensing cabinets and Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS). CDSS provides prescribing advice for syndromes, diseases, and infectious organisms to the provider at the point of electronic order entry.
Mr. Erickson received a pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University and a Masters in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. He completed a two year ASHP hospital accredited residency program at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis Minnesota in 1978.
The Minneapolis VA Medical Center is the tertiary referral hospital for Veterans Integrated Service Network 23 (VISN 23). The pharmacy department employed over 120 clinical pharmacy specialists and pharmacy technicians to deliver pharmaceutical care to inpatient and ambulatory veterans. The department provided educational opportunities yearly for over 50 pharmacy students completing clinical rotations in addition to three ASHP accredited residency positions.

Christine J. De Lorenzo, MBA, Delivery Implementation Manager
As the Delivery Implementation Manager, Christine De Lorenzo is responsible for the implementation planning and installation and implementation of RIVA units worldwide. Ms De Lorenzo has over 15 years experience installing pharmacy automation and over 10 years experience as a Project Manager. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management as well as an MBA. She is trained as a LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt and has a strong educational background in Pharmacy, Project Management, Quality Systems, and Re-engineering. Her most recent experience was with Cardinal Health Pyxis Products, where she was a senior employee called upon to manage the largest customers, mentor new employees, and deliver the most complex of projects in 5 US States.

Perry Lensing, Project Manager
Perry Lensing joins IH Systems as a Project Manager. Mr. Lensing has over 10 years experience in the IT field specializing in report development, Wide Area Networking, and end-user support and training. His most recent position was as a Business Analyst\Project Manager at Cargill, developing and implementing IT solutions for the corporate finance division. Prior to that Mr. Lensing managed projects in the litigation documentation field working with several of the largest law firms in the United States. He holds a BA degree from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and is PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.

Kevin Pinarski, Technical Writer
Kevin Pinarski is a Technical Writer with IH Systems and is responsible for developing RIVA systems documentation for both sales and customer service. Kevin's broad knowledge base comes from several years experience working as a Technical Writer, Biomedical Technologist, Electrical Technologist, and Field Service Representative for companies such as Cangene Corporation and Beckman Coulter. Kevin’s experience as both a writer and technologist gives him special insight as to what RIVA customers require from their documentation. Most recently Mr. Pinarski worked as a Technical Writer with a Winnipeg-based pharmaceutical company.

She possesses certifications in various areas, including leadership development, risk management, communication and negotiations, work style assessments, and organizational development.

Nicole Janzen, Pharmacy Specialist
Nicole Janzen is a Pharmacy Specialist with IH Systems where she works with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan and deliver RIVA systems. With an extensive background as both a pharmacy technician and as a nurse, Ms. Janzen's clinical and technical experience ensure that user manuals, customer training and installation support are based on best practice in the industry.
Ms. Janzen's most recent experience includes working as a nurse in a chronic respiratory unit at Deer Lodge Centre, within the orthopedic surgery department at Brandon Regional Health Centre, and working as a nurse educator for Calea. Ms. Janzen is also a registered Pharmacy technician, and she was employed at Health Sciences Centre doing TPN's, Antibiotic batches, chemotherapy as well as working in the adult ICU pharmacy.

Al Pauch, P.Eng., Sales Engineer
Al Pauch joins IH Systems as the Sales Engineer where he will assume responsibility for working with customers as they assess the clean room requirements for RIVA, and as we complete the data integration from the hospital's pharmacy information system to RIVA. In this role, Mr. Pauch will be the link between the customer and the engineering and design team at IH Systems- before, during and after the installation of RIVA. Prior to this role, Mr. Pauch was a mechanical engineer with Standard Aero Limited for the past 9 years specializing in mechanical engineering, production engineering, performance engineering, customer service engineering, field service engineering and service centre management. Mr. Pauch's experience includes worldwide customer service in industrial gas turbine maintenance and overhaul procedures including onsite field engineering, package maintenance and control system upgrades. Mr. Pauch holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

Barb McKee, Inside Sales Representative
In her role as Inside Sales Representative, Barb McKee plays a vital support role for the Sales Team, and works closely with customers when they are scheduling visits and appointments. In addition to her sales support role, Ms. McKee coordinates many of IH Systems advertising and marketing activities, including web site maintenance and trade show participation.
Ms McKee has over 25 years experience at Bristol Aerospace Limited where she supported the engineering departments in various functions, including administrative support.
