Kevin McGarry, B.Sc., MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McGarry has an extensive business background including being a founding partner and CEO of Keystone Technologies Inc., an early-stage life sciences venture fund. As CEO of Keystone, Mr. McGarry has successfully capitalized and structured four life sciences companies. Under his leadership, Keystone became recognized as Manitoba's pre-eminent biotechnology venture company and has now been absorbed by the much larger Western Life Sciences Venture Fund. Mr. McGarry is currently the CEO of Lombard Life Sciences the General Partner of Western Life Sciences. In his role as CEO of IH Systems, he has directed the company through the transition from an academic culture to a highly focused product development enterprise.. Additionally, Mr. McGarry has the leadership skills required to recruit senior level management for IH Systems and to guide the company through the product sales cycle.

Robert K. Davidson, CMC, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Davidson has more than 20 years of experience in financial and general management, capital formation and administration in a variety of established and start-up companies. Mr. Davidson brings senior-level, hands-on experience in the manufacturing and service sectors to IH Systems, and is responsible to ensure IH Systems achieves its critical milestones on-time and on-budget. Mr. Davidson is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Consultant.

Jane Arnot, B.Sc., MBA, VP Strategy and Business Development
Ms Arnot has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery and Business Development. Her most recent experience was at CanWest Media Works, Canada's largest multi-media company, where Ms. Arnot led the business development efforts for the Interactive Group and their portal canada.com. Prior to CanWest, she was a CRM Principal at IBM Global Services where she was responsible for the sales and delivery of Customer Relationship Management solutions. Ms Arnot has a BSc in Biology (Human Genetics), a Computer Programming Diploma, and an MBA.

Thomas Doherty, Chief Technology Officer
Thomas Doherty has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this new position, Thom is responsible for all aspects related to the feasibility and development of existing product enhancements and new products. Thom continues to be responsible for the product development of RIVA and for all enhancements and new versions.

Alex Reinhardt, P.Eng., Director, Customer Service
Alex Reinhardt has assumed new responsibilities as the Director of Customer Service. In this role, Alex will manage the entire customer service strategy, including field service, call center, parts storage and distribution, and the preventative maintenance program. Once installation is complete, Alex's team will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the life of the RIVA product and it's install.

Tony Bugeja, P.Eng., Director Manufacturing and Installation
Mr. Bugeja has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing, mechanical and engineering management. Prior to joining IHS, he was the Operations Engineering Manager of Solectron Winnipeg, one of the world's leading contract manufacturers in telecommunications, aeronautics, industrial and automotive electronic devices. He has extensive experience in leading professional teams in a fast-paced, ISO9000 & ISO14001, Six Sigma Lean manufacturing environment. Additionally, he was a manufacturing engineer for Unisys GSG, responsible for electronics manufacture of hardware for the Canadian and US Military. Mr. Bugeja holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Darryll Zurbyk, Quality Assurance Manager
Darryll Zurbyk has over twenty years experience in all phases of quality assurance in an aerospace manufacturing environment. He was an integral part of the QA team introducing new products such as the Boeing 777 and Airbus A380. In his role at IH Systems, he's responsible to implement a Quality System that will meet all regulatory requirements and will develop supplier quality programs. Darryll has completed his Certificate in Quality Assurance Management and is an Honours graduate in the Certificate in Management from the University of Manitoba.

Craig Sinclair, CPIM. , Director of Materials & Scheduling
Mr. Sinclair has over 20 years of extensive materials management experience with domestic and international experience in strategic planning, sales & operations management, program management, procurement, business systems management and MRP implementations. He is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and is also APICS certified in production and inventory management. Prior to joining Intelligent Hospital Systems, Mr. Sinclair was a member of the executive staff at Bristol Aerospace and was responsible of all aspects of materials management and business systems solutions.
