Job Title: Senior Field Service Representatives (FSR) Location: New York, NY Status: Now Accepting Applications IH Systems is an exciting, fast-paced growing company with an initial offering that is unparalleled in the market place. RIVA is a large robotic system that fully automates the preparation of IV admixtures in a hospital pharmacy setting. IH Systems Head Office is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, but this position will be located in the New York, NY area. We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Field Service Representative (FSR) to assist with the set up and maintenance of RIVA in Hospital Pharmacies. The Senior FSR provides the front line interface of IH Systems to the Customer. The FSR, under minimal supervision, and with a broad scope, performs field service activities involving installation, maintenance, repair and modification of RIVA systems at a customer facility. Duties of this role will include:    •    Perform preventative and/or corrective maintenance or repair at customer site.    •    Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment using procedures and test/analysis equipment and then, determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.    •    Train customer personnel on system upgrades or updates.    •    Interact with CRM software to log service call information.    •    Assists with the preparation and update of service related documentation. The ideal candidate will possess:    •    Diploma or degree in a technical field including, but not l limited to mechanical, electrical, computer, or biomedical.    •    10+ years of field service experience troubleshooting and repairing computerized electro-mechanical systems in a medical environment.    •    Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing directly with customers.    •    Excellent written and oral communication skills.    •    Ability to lift 70 lbs, be physically agile and able to maneuver and work in a confined space.    •    Must possess a valid driver's license with no major infractions on his/her record.    •    Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada with no restrictions. The initial training period will be approximately 3 months and will occur in Winnipeg, Canada, after which the FSR will be located in their home city. Minimal travel is expected once the training period is complete. Normal work hours will be 40 hrs/wk, Monday to Friday, and on-call for unplanned service issues 24/7, 365 days per year.
